To ensure clarity and consistency, please follow the guidelines below when submitting your flyer digitally. 

Digital Bulletin Board Flyer Submission Guidelines


Flyer Specifications 

  • Dimensions: 1920 x 1080 pixels (vertical orientation is preferred)  
  • Format: JPEG or PNG (high resolution, at least 300 DPI)  
  • File Size: No larger than 5MB  
  • Content: Must be clear, legible, and appropriate for public display  
  • Design Tip: Avoid excessive text—keep it bold and easy to read from a distance. Including a QR code can direct readers to more information online

Submission Process


Wasatch County Library reserves the right to decline submissions that do not meet the above specifications or are not suitable for public display. 

    • Flyers must be submitted at least 5 days before the desired posting date.
    • Approved flyers are displayed for up to 30 days or removed after the date of the event your submission is spotlighting.

    • Subject Line: Digital Bulletin Board Submission & Your Event/Organization Name  
    • Include: A brief event description, contact information, and desired display dates  
    • Deadline & Any Additional Information
